高炉上部ガス回収タービンユニット

Electric Heat Storage Furnace
Electric heat storage furnace is oneトラフ期間に電気エネルギーを使用してアキュムレータ本体を加熱し、熱を蓄えるタイプの電気蓄熱システムです。 24時間以内に必要な場合熱交換システムによって放出され、段階的に放出され得る。このシステムは、比較的簡単で完全自動運転である。システム全体は、暖房システム、蓄熱システム、熱交換システム、水循環システムと制御システムに分けることができます。
炉は85℃以下の常圧熱水、100〜130℃の中低圧蒸気、100〜250℃の常圧熱空気を生命および工業農業生産に広く使用することができます。

Waste Heat Saturated Steam Power Generation
China has the largest coal coking industry, with world's leading metallurgical steel industry and cement industry in the number and output. These industries generate large quantities of waste heat, smoke, exhaust emissions into the air in the production process, not only a significant waste of energy, but also a serious pollution to the environment. If taking the reasonable collection and utilization, they can be converted to electricity, which can not only reduce environmental pollution, but also can get a lot of electric power. Our company has advanced waste heat saturated steam power generation technology.

Rotary Kiln’s Body Waste Heat Recovery
The kiln body surface temperature in the production process is around 240 ~270℃. For the rotary kiln with diameter of 4.3m* 58m, its calcining zone is about 20m length, a heat collecting hood sets on the zone, the effective radiation area is around 132m2 (accounted by 1/2 of the surface area of the calcining zone), it can obtain high temperature hot water 95℃, two rotary kilns can exchange 1.8million kJ, for heating 4000m2 office area and bathing  100 people.

Surplus Gas Power Generation Technology
Smelting enterprises generate e a large number of coal gas in the production process, after fitting their own production; the surplus gas will be burned as lantern venting. It will lead air pollution in the environment, and a waste of energy, resulting in a great waste.
