PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
After completion of the construction work, preliminary acceptance test and final acceptance test shall be carried out for the purpose of confirming the performance of the purchasing equipments.
The details of guarantee value, conditions and procedure of acceptance test shall be discussed and agreed upon between the Employer and MER at a later stage.MER guarantees that equipments supplied by the MER, when tested and operated pursuant to the detailed conditions and procedures of the acceptance tests as mentioned hereinabove, will be capable of meeting the agreed performance of the equipment as set forth therein.
