MER has supplied 2*600tpd twin shaft PFR lime kiln to the customers from Shanxi Pingding customer who produces lime for Al2O3, steel factory and CaCl2
The two kilns are using pulverized coal, the Pfr Kiln is refractory pillar type cross section.
MER as EPC contractor, supplied all the engineer design, all equipments (Key equipments, completary equipments, EIC system), by 10months working, each of kilns can produce 600tpd with the heat consumption 820~870Kcal/kg, power consumption is around 45kW/ton for kiln body, plant power consuption is around 60kW.
