Metal Magnesium industry  metal Calcium plant is a labor-intensive enterprise, and the main section to determine the labor amount is the feeding and slag-removal for the reduction furnace. The reduction furnaces select two sets of 128tanks Vertical reduction furnace, its advantages compared with horizontal tank reduction furnace are as bellows

1, the reduction furnaces are only two, low area cover, less civil investment.

2, the low labour number, reduction furnace operator is less than 70 for 10000ton Mg, reducing half than horizontal furnace.

3, single tank are larger productivity, three times than horizontal tank, but longer reduction time, 14~16hours, it is suitable for the Iranian who has Islamic national habits of praying.

4, the up-loading, bottom-discharging, the mechanical operation, reduce the labour intensity. Matching with automatic operation system and on-site dedusting technology, the working environment is better

5, low energy consumption, it can reduce 30% for crude Mg/ton

6, because the heat for the reduction tank are evenly, the reduction tank life is 30% longer than horizontal tank.
