Description of Blast Furnace Pulverized Coal Injection Process
Drying and grinding the raw coal (blind coal, soft coal), delivery by compressed air or nitrogen, through the coal injection pistol inject into the furnace hearth from the blast furnace tuyere, blast furnace coal injection system is consisted of material loading system, powder marketing system, injecting system automatic system, and so on.
Rotary Kiln/ Vertical Kiln Pulverized Coal Injection Process
The process is that the raw coal (soft coal) will be drying, grinding, and collecting powder, through the dosing scale to the burner with pressure air (nitrogen).
Equipment Configuration
1, Storage and transportation of coal: coal shed, coal unloading , coal receiving hoper.(Convey the coal by belt conveyor machine).
2, Loading material system be equipped with coal silo, under the storehouse feeding material by vibration machine to the feeding machine, through weighting belt to the ball milling machine.(mid speed grinding machine)
3, Pulverizing making system is equipped with middle milling machine, high concentration bag dusty collector, cola powder storage, original coal drying usually using exhaust gas of hot air blast furnace or the mixed drying air of hot air blast furnace exhaust gas and building fume furnace, then enter into middle grinding machine to grinding the coal, finally through high concentration dusty collector bag collecting coal powder into storehouse.
4,Blowing system usually using double pots blowing, there will be two blowing pots on the one set blast furnace, the coal powder will be convey to each tuyere of the blast furnace with unlubricated air compressor through Compressed Air or Nitrogen.
5, other device: weighing belt, pulverized coal silo, blowing pot weighing, point temperature, pressure testing, and automatic controlling system.

Conveying medium: Compressed air, nitrogen Conveying pressure: 20Kpa~60Kpa
B. AV pump dense phase pneumatic transmission conveying capacity: 10t/h
Conveying material: Pellet return mine, lime, coal powder, fly ash etc.
Conveying medium: Compressed air, nitrogen Conveying pressure: 0.4-0.7 Mpa.
