Blast Furnace Top Gas Recovery Turbine Unit
MER has the technology of Blast Furnace Top Gas Recovery Turbine Unit (TRT), which can greatly reduce the cost of generating electricity, the payback period is short, and the economic benefit is remarkable. TRT whole process can be divided into wet process and dry process, mainly depending on the blast furnace gas dust removal system.
TRT system after operation will instead of the work of pressure relief valve group on blast furnace. Through the generator group automatically adjusts the blast furnace top pressure, it doesn’t need fuel, not change the original quality of the blast furnace gas, and not affects the normal use for the original gas users, but it can recover a considerable energy (30% energy required by blast furnace blower), and make control of the top pressure.  It recovers the waste gas energy, reduces the noise, and doesn’t produce pollution in the operation.
Taking 2*450m3 blast furnace as an example, one single blast furnace gas volume for the TRT blast furnace top gas recovery turbine is about 13*104Nm3/h, the temperature is 180℃, turbine inlet pressure is 130Kpa, turbine outlet pressure is 15-20Kpa, annual generating capacity is up to 27 million KWh.

Electric Heat Storage Furnace
Electric heat storage furnace is one type of electric heat storage system, which uses the electric energy in the trough period to heat the accumulator body and store the heat. It can be released by heat exchange system if needed in 24 hours, and can be released in stages. The system is relatively simple and fully automatic operation. The whole system can be divided into heating system, heat storage system, heat exchange system, water circulation system and control system.
The furnace can produce the normal pressure hot water below 85℃, the medium and low pressure steam at 100~130℃, and the normal pressure hot air at 100-250℃, which are widely used in the life and the industrial-agricultural production.

Waste Heat Saturated Steam Power Generation
China has the largest coal coking industry, with world's leading metallurgical steel industry and cement industry in the number and output. These industries generate large quantities of waste heat, smoke, exhaust emissions into the air in the production process, not only a significant waste of energy, but also a serious pollution to the environment. Rotary Kiln’s Body Waste Heat Recovery
The kiln body surface temperature in the production process is around 240 ~270℃. For the rotary kiln with diameter of 4.3m* 58m, its calcining zone is about 20m length, a heat collecting hood sets on the zone, the effective radiation area is around 132m2 (accounted by 1/2 of the surface area of the calcining zone), it can obtain high temperature hot water 95℃, two rotary kilns can exchange 1.8million kJ, for heating 4000m2 office area and bathing  100 people.

Surplus Gas Power Generation Technology
Smelting enterprises generate e a large number of coal gas in the production process, after fitting their own production; the surplus gas will be burned as lantern venting.
